    Relaxed, pampered vacation, excellent level of service, almost all of the staff seem to be genuine in their desire to be kind to all guests.

    Great room, beautiful views, great food, wonderful service. Special appreciation to Miguel and July and the manager in the Italian restaurant, Porfirio and Olivia in International restaurant, concierge Selene, Susana in nail salon, Cristal in lobby bar. Really enjoyed the guitar player and the tenors. Took ferry to Cozumel and rented a jeep to tour island, great day with good food at the Palace there.

    Sometimes was very noisy at the pool and some guests played their own loud music at pool and on beach, would have appreciated if that had not been allowed. We were told that we could have a higher end of alcohol in our room, asked several times, it never arrived. My husband walked down to the bar and asked for it, it was not displayed behind the bar. A little disappointed since it had been promised but not a deal breaker, certainly were lots of available drinks.

    Intimate atmosphere, three unique restaurants, proximity to ferry dock

    Pool hours far too short!!! Jacuzzi tub in the room seems like a waste of space!!! Some rooms positioned near an excessively noisy internal bird area, disrupting sleep!!! Requests for rollaway beds taking over 24 hours, multiple asks needed!!!

    Nice Moments by the Pool

    Our family was welcomed by friendly staff. The beach was pristine, and the pool volleyball games were a fun way to connect with other guests.

    The evening entertainment left much to be desired, with some shows failing to engage the audience. Requests for a rollaway bed took longer than expected.

    Palace is a cozy place with great food options, especially at the italian restaurant, which I enjoyed multiple times. The location is perfect, just a short walk to fabulous massage spots like alisan. The staff is friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy helping guests.

    We had an amazing 8-night stay! The food, especially at Madre Mia, was outstanding with creative local dishes and delicious cocktails. However, the pool's closing time felt too early, frustrating for night owls! Overall, I would definitely return.
